Introduction and Objective: Pakistan has the highest diabetes prevalence globally, with more than 34.5 million affected individuals—a figure projected to reach 62 million by 2045. 1,2 Currently, 1 in 4 adults has diabetes. Over 24 million adults with diabetes are not receiving treatment, meaning 67% of diabetics in the country are untreated. 4Objectives:Awareness campaigns to educate communitiesEarly diagnosis through DiBot by RAPID score.Train HCPs to enhance diabetes diagnosis, treatment, and patient care.Partner with government agencies, and organizations to advance diabetes research, treatment, and policies.Methods: DiBot, a digital assistant that tracks (assesses risk and screens), connects (links them with healthcare professionals), and serves (provides consultations, dietary advice, and treatment).Results: Discovering Diabetes has made a significant impact by reaching and engaging a vast number of people across Pakistan. We have tracked 948,103 individuals, connected with 452,170, and served 344,674 through the DiBot, Social media awareness champaigns and medical camps at National level.Conclusion: Our goal is to positively transform the lives of 33 million of undiagnosed diabetic patients in Pakistan by enhancing screening efforts through DiBot.
